Giraffes are pretty odd. They're basically the only animal with an unreasonably long neck. Well, I suppose there is actually a reason, beacuse otherwise evolution would have taken care of that aesthetic hiccup a long time ago. I'm really glad human beings don't have necks like that. I've already got enough trouble balancing on my oafish two feet, so if I had a skyscraper neck, I can't imagine that walking would be easy.
